Daniel Wilson



Daniel joined Entegra Europe UK  in 1999 and joined the Board in 2010. He is the former CEO of Entegra Europe and was appointed President of Entegra on October 2020. Daniel is a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors and lives in Cheltenham, U.K. with his wife and 4 daughters.

Alice Hoffmann

Chief Executive Officer


Alice brings along 18 years of experience in Operations, Strategic Projects and Growth and a passion for developing people and sustainable
business. Beside an entrepreneurial experience in the Seniors care sector, Alice has spent most of her career in various divisions of Sodexo On-Site Services, in France then in international positions. She used worked for the Energy & Resources segment, where she was Global SVP Sales & Business Development. Alice was appointed CEO of Entegra Europe in October 2020.

Stephen Beech

VP, Business Development Hotels & Leisure – Entegra worldwide / Managing Director UK & Ireland


Stephen joined Entegra Europe UK in 2014 as Director of Operations. Having graduated from Glasgow University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics, Stephen supplemented this qualification with a post-graduate degree in Hospitality Management. Subsequently, Stephen built up 20 years of experience working for a number of UK Hotel companies, which included General Management and Regional roles for several UK Hotel companies across a number of sectors including airport, leisure, spa & golf, town and city centre properties, all of which have helped to develop a thorough and detailed understanding of UK Hotel operations. During his time with Entegra Europe, Stephen has been responsible for ensuring the delivery of client savings and has developed a track record of success in managing change and driving productivity. Stephen was promoted to the role of Managing Director in September 2018.

Christophe Hardy

VP, Business Development - Restaurants and travel - Entegra worldwide


A Belgian citizen, Christophe holds a Masters in Business from Solvay Brussels School. Having previously worked as a Chief of Staff for the Belgian Government, Christophe joined Sodexo in 2010 where he successfully managed several large programs and the development of new offers. Christophe helped create Entegra Europe in the summer of 2017 and is currently leading the launch of our activities across Europe.

Laetitia Daufenbach

VP, Business Development Seniors – Entegra worldwide / VP, Global Strategy & Key Projects


Laetitia completed her Master’s degree at HEC Paris business school, joining Sodexo in 2002. She began her career in Benefits & Rewards developing new offers in France and the United States before working for Sodexo Group to define and deploy its Personal & Home Services strategy. In 2008, she joined Sodexo’s On-Site Services team as the head of Strategy & Planning for Sodexo Canada then returned to France to lead offer development projects within Group Marketing. Lastly, before taking her current position at Entegra in June 2019, Laetitia was SVP, Strategic Planning & Projects for Sodexo Senior Living business segment globally, based out of the United States. She is a Board member of the Global Ageing Network (formerly called IAHSA). She is bringing her international background, deep knowledge of various business models, food & non-food solutions and client segments, including Senior Living and Restaurants, to accelerate Entegra’s growth journey.

Sylvain Chabanier

Finance Director


Sylvain holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe. Having previously worked as an Investment Banker at Lazard in Paris, Sylvain joined Sodexo Group in 2014 as a Project Manager in the Group Mergers & Acquisitions team. He notably worked on various GPOs acquisition projects, and successfully contributed to the acquisition of PSL Ltd (Entegra UK) in 2016. Sylvain was appointed Finance Director in September 2019. His role covers all activities in France, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland and Italy, as well as other new European countries.

Hélène Fruton-Létard

Managing Director France


Diplômée de l’ESCP Europe, Hélène a commencé sa carrière au sein du cabinet d’audit Arthur Andersen sur des missions d’organisation et d’audit. En 1996, elle prend la direction successive de plusieurs établissements de santé privé (groupes Hexagone Santé et Générale de Santé). En 2011, elle rejoint Sodexo en tant que Directrice régionale pour le segment santé. Hélène s’est attachée durant ces années à favoriser la réussite conjointe des intérêts de Sodexo, de ses clients et de ses collaborateurs. En octobre 2019, Hélène rejoint Entegra Europe en tant que Directeur France. Elle est en charge de piloter les équipes et les activités de cette région.

Frédéric Léonard

Managing Director Belgium & Netherlands


Après des études hôtelières Frédéric a rejoint le monde de l’opérationnel hôtelier. En 15 ans de carrière, il a exercé plusieurs postes jusqu’à celui de directeur d’hôtel. Frédéric a commencé chez Sodexo en tant que Directeur Relation Clients pour les activités sur site du service corporate. Il a ensuite rejoint l’équipe Entegra en tant que Directeur des Opérations et a été nommé Managing Director pour la Belgique et les Pays-Bas fin 2020.

Antonio Tosiani

Managing Director Italy


Antonio joined Entegra Europe in 2019 as Country head for Italy. Antonio built up 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry working for the largest hotel chain in Italy, covering different roles in Operations and then as Procurement Director. In 2017, he created and managed a GPO for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector in Italy. His experiences had developed the know-how to help Hotel Operations and Procurement to delivery saving solutions.

Fernando Garcia

Managing Director Spain


Fernando García, graduate from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Supply management professional with 20+ years of experience in companies such as Auchan and Havi Logistics,  has been Head of Supply Management for Sodexo Mediterranean Region since 2016.

Alban Pesquet

Business Performance Director


Alban graduated from EM Lyon Business School and has been working for Sodexo since 2007. He joined Entegra Europe in 2018 as Director of Support Services for France, Belgium and the Netherlands. He was appointed Development Director in September 2019 and he is in charge of Entegra development in Europe as well as all transversal projects.


Sales & Business Development Director


Sâmi holds a degree in Hospitality & Finance Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland. He has been with Sodexo since 2012, starting as Procurement Manager in the Democratic Republic of Congo, then stepping into Sales as BD Manager in the United Arab Emirates, where he outstandingly supported clients and operations, before joining the Global Energy & Resources BD team as Global Account Director.  In January 2021, he joined the Entegra team as Sales & Business Development Director for Europe.
